How to Cancel Your Account

To cancel your registration:

• Step 1:Log in to your account on GreatDomain.app.
• Step 2:Navigate to your Account Settings.
• Step 3:Scroll down to the Cancel Account section.
• Step 4:Click Cancel My Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

What Happens After Cancellation?

• Data Deletion:Your account and all associated data, including your listed domains, will be permanently removed from our platform.
• Transaction Termination:Any ongoing transactions or partnerships will be terminated.
• Complete Pending Matters:Please ensure that all outstanding matters, such as sales or transfers, are completed before cancellation.

Reactivating Your Account

If you change your mind after cancelling, you can reactivate your account within 30 days by contacting our support team. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted, and reactivation will no longer be possible.
